1.Install nero using the serial below: -

NOTE: (DON'T RESTART AFTER INSTALLATION!!!)
2.Now go to start, all programs, nero 8, toolkit then Control Center.
3.At the bottom uncheck (check for updates every: 30 Days).
4.On the Left hand side click the KEY icon which says License.
